(as a service user),

My Health Visitor Julie has been amazing, always going above and beyond and making my family feel really cared for and supported.

She helped me with the process of getting my Tiddler Early Start at Nursery which has been invaluable for both of us. 

Around the same time, I had my second baby and she has always made me feel supported during each visit, really taking the time to listen to concerns and help and advise.

Dear parent,

Thank you so much for taking the time to submit feedback regarding the care you have received from the Perth & Kinross Health Visiting Service.

Feedback from parents is extremely valuable for the health visiting service as it allows us to make improvements to care delivery when this is required and also allows the service along with the individual health visitors involved, to hear how their input, support and relationships have impacted on the children and families they support/visit.

I am delighted to hear that your health visitor has supported you to obtain an early nursery placement for your toddler and continues to guide and offer support( as required by yourself) with the new baby.
