"Fantastic out of hours care"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Out-of-hours GP service NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a parent/guardian),

Want to thank the 111 service and out of hours team  at the new Victoria Royal Infirmary in Glasgow. It was a Saturday and no access to GP and was visiting in Glasgow. Excellent triaging over the phone and advice to attend despite a busy Saturday night. The staff listened and advised and treated appropriately Although 19 he has never visited the doctor or attended any out of hours and the kind reception and care helped. Brilliant service and support and just wanted to say thank you.
