They do a telephone only triage system here. Just like in covid, stop patients seeing a GP and I need to see a GP on regular basis to get OK.
No medication review for over 2 years. Triggering mental health symptoms trying to phone , just thinking about it makes me physically sick. Wait hours on line then turned away as no slots. Asking for help and all I hear when they do this is 'go away, we don't want people like you'.
To be safe with mental health, I need to see a GP. Telephone appointment system just made me so much worse.
