I have been referred to a specialist here in Craigavon Area Hospital for a chronic health condition. The specialist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain different treatment options. I appreciated the personalized care and felt I had more control over my treatment plan as the doctor really listened to me and took into consideration my feelings and opinions which was really professional of him to do so.
