About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The care in the hospital has been pretty decent so far I really don't think that I could complain a single bit. Since I was admitted into they have treated me great.

Only thing is that I want a discharge I feel its a bit slow and in here is just a bit boring.

I cant complain though the staff have been pretty good like all have been excellent really haven't had an issue with any of them.

They're also great at explaining the treatment plan and have left me very pleased with the fact I can ask questions.

I am delighted to hear that you have been treated great and are happy with the care you have been receiving. It is encouraging to hear that the staff have been communicating well with you and answering any questions you might have. I appreciate how frustrating it can be waiting on discharge arrangements but I would like to reassure you that the MDT will be doing their best to facilitate discharge as soon as possible.
