"Switchboard is frustrating"

About: Antrim Area Hospital

(as a service user),

It's very difficult to get through to switchboard and when I do they quite often don't listen to what I'm after and put me through to the wrong department. It's very frustrating.

Any help to improve the switchboard service would be greatly appreciated.
