(as the patient),

From arriving at reception to leaving when done the Staff were outstanding, could not have been kinder and every step was explained in language I could understand.   Thank you all you were wonderful.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you received while attending your appointment in the Ophthalmology Department of the New Victoria Hospital was of a high standard.

It was very comforting to hear how the staff took the time to explain the process in a manner you could understand and did this in a kind and professional way.

We are extremely proud of the work the team do on a daily basis so to have this highlighted by yourself was very heart warming.
