Went to RAH Paisley for hernia operation. Was absolutely superb, the care and efficiency of all the staff. If ever an operation  can be a  pleasant experience then this was it.

The staff were extremely good, taking care to make sure you were comfortable and informed about the procedure every step of the way. All helped to ease any concern about the procedures. Very impressive!!!

I was absolutely delighted to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff while attending the hospital for a hernia operation was of a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was great to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel comfortable and explained each stage of the process. This must have been a massive relief.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to the staff who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a pleasant experience while under their care.
