"Pre-op check up"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

From arriving, the staff were excellent, directing me to where I needed to be. Once I was in my appointment for my pre op it took about 50mins.

I think it would be a good idea to have an approximate time written on the appointment letter, so that people can organise their day.

My MRSA Swab wasn't done, which meant I could've lost my set appointment for my operation.

Maybe the Hospital requesting the Pre Op should have a tick sheet, with tests they require to be done. Sending it through to the place that is doing the Pre Op, who in turn have to cross off all tests requested, once they have been done. Hopefully helping to insure that no more tests will be missed.
