"My husbands treatment"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Neurosurgery (Ward 64 – 66)

(as a relative),

My husband was admitted to ward 66 with a bleed on the brain.  The staff each and everyone one of them at the queen Elizabeth in Glasgow, were absolutely awesome, so proud of our nhs in these difficult times for the staff.

Thank you all so much, my husband is certainly much improved.  As most people can imagine this was a very frightening time for my family and myself, but nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help and share what was going to happen when he went for surgery.

The longest time waiting was from the royal infirmary to get a diagnosis, but after that everything was quick and kept moving forward .

Dear Lacertant46

Thank you very much for your kind and positive feedback, we truly appreciate you taking the time out of your day to do this.

We always try to deliver the best care possible to all our patients, and we are happy we have provided a positive experience for both you and your husband.

It really makes a difference to our Team to hear the progress our patients make post treatment so it's really pleasing to hear that your husband is now doing well.

I have shared your lovely feedback with Ward 66 Team.

Kind regards,

Pamela Philp

Interim Lead Nurse
