Since I have had a consistent worker it has been brilliant I can feel like I can open up to her - my last worker was great but it was over the phone, since having Danielle I feel a lot more comfortable to talk about issues that I may have. Yours sincerely.

Thanks for taking the time to feedback. I am pleased to hear you have connected with your new keyworker so you feel like you can be heard. I am not sure why you were only offered telephone sessions previously as everyone has the option for face to face sessions.
