"Invaluable Service"

I was referred to IPS in Aug and I found the service I received invaluable as my case worker JD was very patient and understanding and showed me great empathy when I was finding life in work very difficult. During the later part of the year when my previous job got totally unbearable it was very reassuring knowing I had them at the end of the phone to help me rationalise what I was going through.

JD supported me the entire time without judgment especially when things became very stressful.

I feel that IPS were able to offer an holistic approach when I most needed it and it has enabled me to move forward positively from the position I found myself in when I was first referred to them.

I am now in a new job, having left the previous one which was the cause of needing additional support, and I can say that I am extremely grateful for all the assistance I received from my case worker JD as she persevered with me even when I was being difficult or when I was struggling emotionally.

JD was always willing to listen and offered hope even in the darkest places I found myself she was able to encourage me to find the way through and because of that I am now a better person and in a better place and looking forward to the future.

Thank You and with the greatest respect, I sincerely hope this service continues to support people like myself who suffer with mental illness and can generally manage life well until we don't. I am indebted to JD and IPS for making myself and family happier and more content and resilient.
