"The entire team were magnificent"

Arrived at Endoscopy Unit for routine check. Met by very welcoming and friendly team who were full of good humour and immediately put me at ease.

The necessary admin was dealt with efficiently and effectively. Consultant and accompanying registrar came and introduced themselves in a friendly communicative manner.

During the procedure the team were at pains to ensure I was comfortable and ease and kept me informed throughout. Excellent tea and toast followed and I was informed fully of the outcome of the procedure.

From beginning to end the entire team were magnificent, engaged and professional. By far the best experience I have had of what can be a not very pleasant procedure. Well done and thank you all!
