Anything else?
I called this morning asking where the blood donation service was located within the hospital as I have an appointment later today. I first was given the national appointment number to which I answered that I was sorry but didn't need to take an appointment as I already had one but to know where I was to go when I get there as the hospital is quite big, to which I was transfered, without a word to a number where nobody answewred (rang for a few minutes) I am quite appalled by the customer service I received this morning...
"Reception / call handling - appalling"
