My stay was very positive, I gained confidence with my mobility and doing my catheter care myself. I enjoyed my stay very much and the staff were really good, nothing was too much trouble for them. The only thing I would have liked was longer visiting hours in the evening, as my family had to travel a good distance to visit me.

Our visiting protocol is kept under regular review to ensure our Service Users have meaningful contact with family and friends. We are more than happy to discuss individual visiting plans with each Service User, we do recognise how important this is for your health and wellbeing.
