"Second time birth experience"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Maternity care (Ward 31)

(as the patient),

We had a wonderful experience at the Royal Alexander Community Maternity Unit.

Compared to my first pregnancy this time I felt listened to by the staff and they took care of all my needs and concerns, and most importantly listened to me.

This experience was very positive. The facilities were excellent, and all the midwifes I encountered were great.

Dear littlefox90

I am really delighted to hear of your positive experience in the CMU and that you enjoyed the facilities there - it really is a lovely environment and we are very proud of our CMU. I am so pleased to hear of the good care you received and that you felt listened to, this is so important in order to build a trusting relationship and a positive birth experience. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch I will share your post with the team.

Best wishes
