My family is registered here at the Lawson. We have always found it to be an excellent and caring practice particularly our family Dr, Dr Rauf. She has always been kind and accommodating to my mum who struggles as she needs to be seen quite quickly when unwell.
I have used the new system a few times and each time I have as called back the same day and seen the next day. Actually my sister had tonsillitis and she was seen on the same day. The receptionist are really nice and all the doctors are good and don’t dob you off.
I thought the new system would be hard but actually it seems better then before as we had to wait longer
I think the practice is really good and really care about their patients and try their best
