This was my first visit and was exceptionally good. I was treated with kindness and respect, the complex ear operation was carefully explained in detail, and I was cared for really well. The only drawback was that I’m Coeliac and there wasn’t any provision of gluten free food. Luckily I took my own in case that happened.
