"How must the patient's feel?"

About: Adult Mental Health / Ward 2 (Adult Mental Health)

(as a relative),

I had a relative admitted to ward 2.

Very disappointed with the care. Had nurses swear at them, attitude of nurses appalling for a mental health ward.

I felt as a visitor belittled by nurses how must the patient's feel
