"There is so much to say thank you for"

We cannot speak too highly of the service provided particularly by Vikki, and the others in the team, including too the Falls Nurse Vicky.

From the patient: It has made the house much more liveable in for me.  It is so much easier to use our difficult staircase. There is now an additional hand rail to the banister on the stairs and a made-to-measure grab rail on the awkward bend. The shower is much more usable with a seat and convenient well-sited grab handle. and the walkers upstairs and down make moving around so much easier.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, listened to my needs and acted very promptly. Thank you for an excellent service.

From the partner/carer: For me, the help received was a life-saver.  After my husband became unwell, I was amazed at how quickly we were contacted and received help, giving us not only the help already mentioned but also the reassurance and advice so vitally needed at such a time. Thanks to Vikki, not only do we have extremely helpful aids in place but have had help with physiotherapy and advice as to where to go to fill in forms (such as much appreciated experienced help with filling in the attendance allowance form) and where to get additional help if needed including  the important red alarm button! The visit and subsequent help from the falls nurse, Vicky was also greatly appreciated.

There is so much to say thank you for. We are both immensely grateful.
