About: Northern Health & Social Care Trust / Dalriada Urgent Care Out of Hours GP Service

(as a service user),

I phoned out of hours for my young  daughter after 6:00pm tonight to ask for a prescription.  I was asked if I'd be happy to bring her in to be seen at Dalriada Urgent care in Antrim  (which I was but didn't expect they would have capacity).  We got an appointment for 9:45pm.

The check in process was very easy, we were in, seen and out the door with an antibiotic in our hands after 10 minutes by 9:55pm. The doctor was professional, friendly and helpful. I unfortunately didn't get his name but would like to say thank you! I am really impressed by the level of care. This is why we need (and value) the NHS.

Your feedback has demonstrated both the importance of the service and the professional manner to which is is delivered. I trust your daughter is recovering well and you and your family have been able to enjoy time together over the Christmas period.
