About: Northern Health & Social Care Trust / Dalriada Urgent Care Out of Hours GP Service

(as a service user),

I phoned out of hours for my young  daughter after 6:00pm tonight to ask for a prescription.  I was asked if I'd be happy to bring her in to be seen at Dalriada Urgent care in Antrim  (which I was but didn't expect they would have capacity).  We got an appointment for 9:45pm.

The check in process was very easy, we were in, seen and out the door with an antibiotic in our hands after 10 minutes by 9:55pm. The doctor was professional, friendly and helpful. I unfortunately didn't get his name but would like to say thank you! I am really impressed by the level of care. This is why we need (and value) the NHS.
