"The care I received was outstanding"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

The care I received from all 4 members of staff (Becky, Marina and Chris, plus a student whose name I sadly didn’t catch) was outstanding. These women were warm and empathetic, making sure I understood everything that was happening.

I am very glad to hear that the team were so warm and empathetic, helping you to understand everything that was happening. Our teams work hard to try and minimise any worry or anxiety for their patients, and to make them feel as comfortable and informed as possible during such an invasive procedure, and they very much appreciate all feedback.
