"OPD Gastroenterology Appointment"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I received excellent service in the OPD I was not kept waiting when I booked in and I was then advised where to go to see the consultant.  I think I waited about 5 minutes before I was called in to see him.

I found him very pleasant and he talked me through how he would be treating my symptoms. I was very impressed and I felt as though he wasn’t trying to rush me.

The only downside to it was receiving a fine from ParkingEye even though I had registered my Blue Card at reception.  I did leave my timer on my dashboard and I did park in a designated disabled space.

However, that said I can say that my experience was very satisfactory

Hi

I have had my parking fine sorted thank you. As they issued me with a letter stating that I needed to pay the parking fine,

I emailed them straightaway and they have now withdrawn the fine.

Many thanks for your response.

Kind regards

mumsy57
