The staff were all fantastic at Pinderfields A & E. They were under staffed with 10 hour waits to see a doctor, despite this I felt listened too and very well cared for.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience of using our Emergency Department.

I am sorry to read that you had the need to access our Emergency Department however, I am delighted to read that although there was a wait to see a Doctor, you felt listened to and cared for. All of our staff are working under extremely unprecedented circumstances and are still striving to try and do what’s best for our patients.

I will share your lovely feedback with the team.
