(as a service user),

Myself and my husband recently visited Mexborough Minor Injuries unit. The lady 'Sally' on reception was most caring, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She couldn't do enough for us and really is a credit to the service. Even when she was verbally abused by patients for just doing her job (witnessed 3 times within a short space of time) she was professional and had a smile on her face.

My husband was seen quickly by a lovely nurse, Julie, and a health care assistant, Alice, who put us at ease and delivered a first class service.
