About: New Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I had to attend the New Victoria hospital for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. I was made to feel very welcome by reception staff and taken very promptly into the department.

An uncomfortable procedure was made absolutely bearable by the proficient and caring staff.

Ann, Suzanne, Alison and Megan just to mention a few of the wonderful staff that looked after me so well. Everyone was welcoming, reassuring and incredibly friendly, not to mention professional at all times.

Many thanks for making this as pleasant as something like this could be.
