(as the patient),

Following a fall at home, I needed to go to A&E and was subsequently admitted to Durbin Ward for shoulder replacement surgery.

I just want to say a massive thank you to ALL the staff at every level.  Everyone was so kind, while clearly under massive pressure.

I hope my thanks can be passed on via this website as I can't find anywhere on the hospital website where I can do this.
