About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I was welcomed by Janet ( GOPD) as soon as  I entered that area of the hospital. She was so very warm, friendly and above all else put me completely at ease with what was about to happen. She explained everything clearly and never once did I feel as though I didn’t know/ understand what was going to happen. After the procedure had taken place, once again Janet took the time to explain my after care/ what things might lie ahead in the upcoming days. A true credit to the nursing profession and to the hospital concerned.

Thankyou so very, very much Janet for taking the time to make me feel relaxed and for putting me at ease.
