I came to Cloughreagh from hospital for 2 weeks step down ICS bed. I was unsure what to expect as I didn't get much information on the service before I came. However another person in the hospital who had previously been in Cloughreagh spoke very highly of the service and advised me to come. I found Cloughreagh excellent, the entire team were very caring, I had time to relax and also time to recover. In short, the whole experience was fantastic and I envy other people coming in to avail of the kindness and support from the staff.
The rehab team, physios and OT cane in on a regular basis, they were very efficient and their input contributed well to my recovery.
The whole environment was integral to recovery. I was given great encouragement and was praised for my progress by all the staff.
I would recommend Cloughreagh to anyone especially recovering after a fall.

Thank you so much for the taking the time to share your story. When we as a team read your story, we really felt such a sense of achievement, you have reminded us all why we came to work in health care, it really is such a rewarding job. We truly appreciate your feedback.
We do recognise that there may not be sufficient information available or staff in hospital may not be fully aware of the service in Cloughreagh House, however we are in the process of reviewing our current information leaflet which will then be shared with all the teams and professionals involved work in the service.
