About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as the patient),

I would like to put on record my thanks to all the staff at FVRH Urgent Care Centre who made my assessment for a DVT in such a caring and professional manner.

A DVT was confirmed behind my right knee joint, my second such event, and I was sympathetically advised that I would require lifelong anticoagulation.

Dr Hammell was the discharge Doctor.
