"Decent if you can get hold of them"

If you call in the mornings you can get an appointment if you can actually make it through to the secretary. if you call any time after 12 I wish you good luck. I called them at 15:30 and waited in line for 35 mins just for someone to hang up the phone on me. When I called back I was at the back of the never-ending line. Very very annoying as you can't get appointments ahead of time and you have to call exactly at 08.30 am on the day to actually get hold of a real person. I will leave the line you have to wait to your imagination.

Their only working appointment type is by phone (you can't get a booking for doctors via NHS app or site) and they are basically available 30 mins a day for an appointment booking. Great service!
