My 85 year old father was suddenly in great pain and unable to keep any food or drink down. I called 111 and Callum patiently talked me through a series of observations and questions and immediately called an ambulance.
He was right to do so. I didn't realize how serious his condition was. But he's on the mend now thanks to Calum.
