I took the day off work and drove 65 miles to my mid- morning appointment, paid to park the car and was astonished to then discover my appointment with Rheumatology had been Cancelled! I was told I 'must been told by telephone ...No!

If not by telephone', 'then I would have received a letter'...No!

What an appalling waste of time, money and effort, with no reason provided. Totally unacceptable.
