"Labour experience"

About: Borders General Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I cannot thank the staff in the labour ward in the BGH enough for making my first labour experience so magical.

The midwives that I want to thank especially are Nicki and the student (sorry I cannot remember your name) that helped me deliver my baby boy. You are all absolutely amazing, caring people and are assets to the NHS Borders maternity service!

An experience I will never forget and I hope my next one will be like this one!

Thank you Amy12001 for taking the time to feed back to us.

We are delighted to hear you feel you had a 'magical' experience throughout your labour, this can be a daunting time for new parents so it is lovely to hear you had such a positive experience!

We will pass on your kind words to the staff - they will be delighted with such kind words.

We hope you are settling into life as a new family!

Kind Regards

Claire
