"All staff were very pleasant and caring at the cardiac clinic"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

First I was late for my appointment due to having to return home for my purse. All staff were very pleasant and caring and even noticed when I stumbled in ECG room. I was also given booklet about a future test.

It's really appreciated when you feel cared for and treated nicely.
