Staff very friendly, but SAL was not the place to be when you are worried about your operation. On arrival at 7.30 am, I was told I would be last on the list, which was not good and then to be told your operation is cancelled at 5pm having waited all day with nothing to drink . Very stressful with no information throughout the day, I understand things sometimes take longer than expected . But 7 appointments in 7 hours leaves little room for changes.
