I visited Edgware Community Hospital for the first time attending the ENT Outpatient Department. The clinic was very busy but the Sister kept the patients informed about the expected long waits due to the morning clinic having overun. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by all the staff,receptionists,audiologist Outpatient Sisters and the Doctor. The entire team appeared to be working together successfully to deal with a large number of patients.
