I've been to Cheltenham hospital over the last few weeks, to urology and gynae. What a great experience i've had. The hospital is very clean, and well maintained. All staff were very polite and helpful, nurses bent over backwards to help me. Signposting is very easy to follow. I would say it is more like a private hospital experience than the usual NHS experience of rude staff and dirty rooms! Well done Cheltenham.
