I'm fed up with having to wait months for an appointment at my outpatient clinic. When I called up to ask simple questions about the clinic it took over half an hour, the staff very extremely unhelpful and couldn't have cared less if they tried. They didn't have a clue. I've tried to speak to my consultant on the phone about my concerns but I haven't received a call back. I would love to be able to treated at another hospital and never have to go back to this one.
