What I liked
Some of the staff were very caring and helpful
What could be improved
some staff should not be able to pick and choose or argue when they are asked for help by other members of staff - I heard "oh ask someone else, i'm going home in 15min" and a porter argued with a nurse.
you've got some good folk there - but some are about as caring as a stone!
