Recently I had an appointment at the Endoscopy unit for a gastroscopy. I found all the staff Doctors Nurses and Receptionist very kind and supportive. My chose was not to have sedation. It was a little unfortable but the Dr and nurses reasured me. The aftercare was wonderful checking if everything was alright , this is a very busy unit but they still had time to talk you.

This was due to lack of administrative support at the time which has now been rectified.
