I wanted to thank the staff for the efficient and fast care provided to my mother today. The ambulance arrived within minutes. When in the hospital all of the staff that attended to my mum were very helpful and friendly. The doctor provided a thorough examination and tests. Both my mother and I were very impressed with the service provided and I want to thank all of those involved in her care today.

Hi Sarah - thanks for kindly taking the time to comment on your experience with us at Watford General’s A&E department. Although we cannot take credit for the ambulance (that would be East of England Ambulance Service), we're glad to hear that your mother’s experience with us was what you should both expect. We're pleased to hear our team did all they could to be efficient and cater for her needs, which reflects the positive comments we’ve received on the team in the past. We will, of course, pass on your comments to them. They will undoubtedly be delighted to receive them. Thanks again.
