I was referred to the dental hospital for a wisdom tooth extraction - it was coming through at a peculiar angle. I waited two months from referral to the appointment which was fine because I was not in acute pain - just some discomfort. I was able to arrange an assessment appointment within five days of receiving the appointment letter. On arrival at the hospital I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff. I was seen on time and was offered an immediate extraction. All the staff I had contact with were professionally and approachable. The extraction was painfree and the aftercare advice was excellent. I was truly impressed with both the excellent service and the friendly, knowledgeable staff.
