What I liked

There was nothing that I liked about this hospital. My mum was taken in by ambulance, and left in the ambulance admissions for a couple of hours untill someone came to see her. They finally moved her to the Observation ward, where there was ants in the bin. King Georges hospital is dirty.

What could be improved

The staff. My mum was supposed to be providing a urine sample, and although she could not stand, she insisted she used the toilet. I asked a nurse and they bought her a wheelchair. We were then taken to the toilet, where I, a 14 year old, was expected to get my mum out of the chair, onto the toilet, and back into the chair on my own. When I asked for some help, I was simply told that if I could not do it, my mum would have to wait. I found that the way the staff treated me there was as if we didn't actually matter.
