"No respect or communication by some lots by others"

One doctor had no communication skills and was disrespectful, didn't even say please or thank you. Two departments did not speak to each other at all which meant we had the wrong information and caused a lot of unnecessary heart ache and tears and extra days in hospital. Having said that some people were lovely and saved my wife's life. Don't know what the point of this rating system is, basically if you get a horrible doctor you have a horrible experience and visa versa.
