"Upset by arrogant doctor"

I attended a gynae clinic in mid June at Royal Glamorgan Hospital but was seen by a doctor who I found not only very insulting to me but arrogant and ignorant. For me this made the experience awful and very upsetting.

I have seen my GP to report this and she advised that this is no surprise as she worked with this doctor previously and they are known to upset colleagues and patients. So tell me this, why are doctors taken on when it seems they cannot speak English and upset everyone?

I am sure the appointment would have been better if I had seen my regular consultant.
