"I cannot over emphasise how supportive she was in both my appointments"

I was incredibly nervous in regards to my appointment, being only 16. But the medical staff at Oakengates Medical Practice were fantastic - I cannot praise Dr Nohlan enough, she was incredibly attentive and made me not only less nervous, but made an awkward examination less embarrassing, which I greatly appreciated as I was almost in tears due to nerves and worry.

I cannot over emphasise how supportive she was in both my appointments as she not only took an interest in my medical issue but also me personally, making the boundaries between patient and doctor friendlier.

I would greatly praie and recommend Dr Nohlan, Oakengates Medical Practice is lucky to have her! I plan to send her flowers as a thank you!

My only criticism would be, going with my boyfriend, also aged 16 (not over anything sexual) doctors waiting rooms, long waits for appointment availability and long waits once at the surgery to be called by the doctor are quite awkward, at times embarrassing and frustrating,
