"I was a little confused when I received these documents"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was a little confused when I received these documents, as I was expecting just a letter of a referral date.

Never the less I am happy to co-operate with the new scheme.

Some of the questions don't apply to me as I was offered a last minute cancellation by the clinic.

Thank you for you feedback relating to TRAQS.

I am sorry you were not aware of TRAQS but never the less your experience was a positive one.

TRAQS has been operating for just over a year and the feedback we receive from patients helps us to develop the service further for the benefit of patients registered with Telford and Wrekin GP Practices.
