was a really bad experience, my mobility difficulties never were considered, not the slightest. man handled, grabbed and slammed to the floor by four staff, whom after doing so severely bruised both my arms and legs. when I bought this up no apology no nothing. freaked me out, staff whom do this need to considered a hell of a lot more before they even consider restraining people, barbaric, really is, was
