About: West Middlesex University Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

Both my kids were born at the West Mid. In both instances the maternity care was excellent and staff were friendly and informative. In both instances an emergency caeserian was required and in both instances staff couldn't be faulted in terms of how they kept us informed about the escalation process and in the way they managed the operation itself. I recently had to take one of the girls to the A&E and once again the service was timely, friendly and professional. So I would like to commend them for delivery and after sales service.

What could be improved

Qeueing system in the pharmacy area is a bit confusing.

West Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust is pleased to hear that you found our services met the very high standards that we aspire to. We would like to apologise that our pharmacy queuing system is causing some confusion. The electronic queuing system has temporarily been out of service and should be operational again very soon.
